4 workouts a week. 30–45 minutes. Just dumbbells and a mat, wherever you are.

This program came out of my own need for it; trying to stay consistent through medical school, life, everything, when most programs felt too intense or just didn't fit. So I started saving the workouts that actually worked for me. The ones that left me feeling good energized instead of destroyed. This is that, put together for you!

Your 4 days, and why they're each there:

  • Day 1 · Build the Base: Glutes & posterior chain. These muscles support your spine and pelvis, and sitting all day weakens them; a big reason for poor posture and low back pain. Strengthen this chain, and everything else improves. This is why it comes first.

  • Day 2 · Sculpt & Strengthen: Arms & shoulders. Upper body strength that shows up in real life; carrying groceries, lifting things overhead, standing taller.

  • Day 3 · Grounded & Restored: Mat pilates flow. Not a rest day, but a reset day. This is where you slow down, reconnect with your body, and let your nervous system catch up. It's what keeps this program from burning you out.

  • Day 4 · The Burn: Full body circuit. Everything comes together, strength, conditioning, and a little bit of grit to close out the week.

This isn't about pushing yourself into the ground or chasing perfection.

It's about moving with purpose; building strength & habits that actually stick, without the burnout or the all-or-nothing cycle.
