Move with Purpose is a 6-week functional training program created for the woman who knows she wants to move her body but keeps falling off. Not because she's lazy. Because life is full, time is limited, and most programs aren't built for real life.

This program is: four workouts a week, 30–45 minutes per session, with dumbbells and a mat; at home or at the gym, wherever you are that day. The focus is functional strength: building a strong posterior chain, sculpting capable arms and shoulders & creating the kind of consistency that carries into everything else.

Move with Purpose isn't about extremes or perfection. It's about showing up with intention, understanding why movement matters, and building a foundation that lasts well beyond 6 weeks.
